ELIGIBILITY
  1.  The orator should have original contribution in the fields of Occupational Health and / or allied subjects. Apart from original field observations, experiences also should be taken as criteria for the selections.

  2.  The orator should be actively engaged in the fields of occupational health and / or allied specialties.

  3.  The topic of the oration should be decided by the orator preferably on a subject related to Occupational Health.

  4.  Any eminent person in the field of occupational health and / or allied subject is eligible to deliver the oration.

 

PROCEDURE OF SELECTION
  1. The Hon. General Secretary shall invite the names along with the bio-data for these Memorial orations from the IAOH members so as to reach him by 30th September every year.

  2. On receiving the names, the Hon. General Secretary shall put up the proposal along with the Bio-data of the IAOH member to the Executive Committee of AEOHD & Medical Heads of respective organizations (Indian Oil, GAIL India, ONGC & NTPC) for their opinion and finalize the name of the Orator.

  3. The Hon. General Secretary shall contact and invite the orator and intimate the organizing secretary of the conference.

  4. The award for the Oration will consist of citation, medallion and certificate.
